Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rosaleen Activewear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in-stock standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be notified via email if item(s) in your order are out of stock.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for customized items. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping within the continental US. Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once a shipping label is created. 

Damages

Rosaleen Activewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Rosaleen Activewear does ship worldwide.  Shipping methods are not guaranteed, and carriers can change based on rates, carrier delays, or other issues that are at the discretion of Rosaleen Activewear at the time of shipping. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Rosaleen Activewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
